Pricing & Credit Mechanics
What counts as one credit?
Each 2K High-Fidelity render costs 1 credit. Each 4K Ultra Photoreal render costs 4 credits. Flythrough videos use 1 credit per second of generated MP4 video output (e.g. 25 seconds = 25 credits).
Do my credits expire?
One-time credits (such as the Student Pass or credit packs) never expire. Monthly subscription credits automatically refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What does the commercial license include?
The Pro and Studio plans include full commercial licenses allowing you to submit renders for planning applications, client sales decks, real estate marketing listings, and social media without royalty fees.
How is billing handled?
Our order process and billing is conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Transactions are 256-bit encrypted and backed by a 14-day refund guarantee.
