At RenderForge 3D (operated by Clothing Anrry LLC on renderforge.store), we are dedicated to providing the highest caliber AI 3D visualization and architectural rendering tools. Our payment transactions and recurring subscriptions are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR).

Digital Fulfillment Policy: All digital services, render credit packages, and subscription allocations are delivered electronically and instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation. Customers gain immediate access to our cloud GPU rendering pipeline without physical shipping delays.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscription Plans)

If you subscribe to the Starter Tier ($19/mo), Pro Tier ($39/mo), or Studio Tier ($99/mo) and are not completely satisfied with our photorealistic render fidelity or generation speeds, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date, provided the following fair-usage conditions are met:

• You have consumed less than 20% of your allocated monthly render credits.
• The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment invoice.

3. One-Time Credit Packs (Student Plan $9)

For one-time non-recurring credit purchases:

• Unused Credit Balances: Eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase if zero credits were consumed.
• Service Outages or Rendering Failures: In the event of confirmed GPU synthesis timeouts, system errors, or corrupt downloads, affected credits will be replaced immediately or refunded on a prorated basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without fees, penalties, or advance notice requirements:

• Self-Service Cancellation: Click "Cancel Plan" directly within your User Dashboard at any time.
• Email Cancellation: Alternatively, email renderforge.store@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from your registered account email.
• Active Period Retained: Following cancellation, you will not be billed for subsequent cycles, and you will retain full access to your remaining credits and commercial license until the conclusion of your current billing period.

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please send an email with your purchase details to our dedicated support channel:

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Once authorized, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (typically reflecting on your statement within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution).
